StVZO basics
Deactivating or removing emissions-relevant systems (incl. DPF, EGR, SCR/AdBlue) is generally not permitted under German road rules (StVZO) and can void the operating permit.
We offer such software only for export vehicles and motorsport off public roads — with a clear notice before the order.
Power upgrades vs. deactivation
Chiptuning / map optimization is different: extra power can often be made road-legal with a component approval or registration. Emissions-path deactivation is a separate topic.
In the configurator and in consulting we keep these topics separate so you get an honest assessment.
Our recommendation
Clarify the intended use first (road / export / track). We advise transparently on technical and legal aspects and refuse illegal on-road applications.
