Faulty SCR systems are among the most expensive diesel repairs — and in a fault state they block the engine from starting. For export and motorsport vehicles, we shut the system down completely on the software side.

The SCR system doses urea solution (AdBlue) into the exhaust tract. Dosing pumps, NOx sensors, heaters and tank sensors are failure-prone — and legislation mandates that after a remaining-range countdown, the vehicle refuses to start when SCR faults are present.

With the software deactivation, dosing, level and NOx monitoring as well as the start-blocking logic are removed completely. No AdBlue refills, no countdown warnings, no stranded vehicles.

LEGAL NOTICE

Deactivating the SCR/AdBlue system is not permitted within the scope of the German road traffic regulations (StVZO) and voids the vehicle's operating permit. This service is offered solely for export vehicles and for motorsport vehicles used off public roads. By placing an order, you confirm that the vehicle will be used exclusively outside the scope of the StVZO.
